Privacy Policy

PART I — PRIVACY POLICY

  1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how AMITKUMAR TRIPATHI operating under the trade name KEY INFOTECH (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles personal information in connection with our multi-channel Lead & Sales Processing Service (“Service”). The Service is a unified technical infrastructure used to securely receive, validate, store, manage, track, and transmit commercial enquiry, lead, and conversion information generated through programmatic ad networks, webhooks, and third-party developer APIs.

  • Responsible Business: AMITKUMAR TRIPATHI (Proprietor, KEY INFOTECH)
  • Registered/Business Address: 21st Floor, 2103, Ahimsa Heights, Ahimsa Marg, Chincholi Bunder Road, Malad West, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, 400064
  • Privacy Contact: Gopal@keyinfotech.co.in
  • Website: keyinfotech.co.in
  1. Scope

This Policy applies to all personal information processed through the Service’s databases, API endpoints, webhooks, and administrative dashboard configurations. It covers data ingestion from multiple marketing and advertising systems, including but not limited to:

  • Social media lead generation tools (such as Meta Instant Forms and Lead Ads APIs).
  • Search and display network forms (such as Google Ads Lead Form Extensions).
  • Affiliate platforms, open network marketplaces, and native lead capture sites.
  • Cross-channel remarketing, conversion tracking tools, and analytics scripts.

This Policy does not apply to the independent processing systems of the advertising networks themselves (e.g., Meta’s or Google’s internal data ecosystems), or to the external, non-integrated websites and CRM systems maintained independently by our business clients.

  1. Information We Process

Depending on the specific fields enabled within our clients’ active lead forms, landing pages, or campaign setups, the Service processes the following data categories:

  • Contact and Enquiry Information: Full name, telephone number, email address, postal/zip code, geographic location, and specific custom field inputs submitted by the individual corresponding to their industry enquiry (e.g., auto, finance, real estate, B2B, or D2C metrics).
  • Campaign and Platform Metadata: System-generated lead identifiers (including Meta Lead IDs and Google Click IDs), form identifiers, platform account mappings, publisher/page names, target ad IDs, submission/creation timestamps, and technical referrer information.
  • Developer API and Token Metadata: Technical logs relating to automatic secure token generation, API authorization states, webhook delivery receipts, and operational sync health parameters.
  • Processing Information: Validation check results, system error parameters, formatting cleanup logs, review readiness indicators, and synchronization status updates.
  • Support and Security Information: Text details provided in system technical help queries, security access attempts, and audit trails required for infrastructure stability.

We restrict data collection exclusively to fields authorized by our business clients. Users are advised not to submit sensitive personal data unless explicitly requested by the applicable client under clear regulatory validation.

  1. How Information Is Received

Data enters the Service through standardized machine-to-machine integrations. This includes real-time webhook payloads, scheduled API synchronization sweeps utilizing automated access tokens, secure file transfers, and direct form fills handled by authorized backend tools. External platforms process information under their own privacy governance frameworks; our Service acts upon data once successfully transmitted via our developer nodes.

  1. Purposes and Uses

We process information strictly for the following operational purposes:

  • To capture, route, and manage lead and sales enquiries submitted across Meta, Google, affiliate network, open network, and remarketing distribution paths.
  • To enable real-time API integrations, including automated access token generation and Instant Form data fetching.
  • To validate, clean, and standardize form inputs to eliminate duplicated or corrupted records before delivery to clients.
  • To store, display, sort, and manage data records securely for our business clients operating within multiple sectors (including auto, finance, B2B, real estate, and D2C).
  • To route or synchronize lead information safely to the designated business client’s CRM, internal database, or authorized distribution agents.
  • To troubleshoot application errors, protect infrastructure security, verify data integrity for advertising network compliance audits, and fulfill legal data protection obligations.

We do not use lead information for any unstated secondary purposes, and we do not sell personal data to third parties.

  1. Sharing and Service Providers

We share information only as directed by our business clients or as technically required to host the infrastructure. Primary entities include:

  • The Designated Client Entity: The specific business client (or their downstream distribution partner) responsible for processing and answering the user’s industry enquiry.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) / AWS Lightsail: For secure cloud hosting, servers, and infrastructure.
  • MongoDB Atlas: For secure cloud database storage and lead isolation management.
  • Platform Integration Partners: Third-party networks (including Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google LLC) to the extent necessary to verify API access tokens, complete app data verification audits, and manage webhook routing logs.

All processing is managed under data security standards. We may disclose data if required by law, to protect systemic physical safety, or under corporate structural reorganizations compliant with local statutes.

  1. Storage, Security, and Access

The Service maintains administrative access controls alongside modern technical and organizational measures to safeguard data against unauthorized modification, leakage, loss, or access. Access to production dashboards and data nodes is strictly sandboxed and limited to authorized technicians and clients requiring access for active fulfillment.

While we take every precaution, no system connected to global networks is immune to vulnerability. If a breach occurs, we follow regulatory incident management paths and notify impacted platform compliance channels and users as required by law.

  1. Retention

We retain personal information exclusively for the duration necessary to satisfy the commercial objectives of the enquiry, the operational needs of our clients, structural service debugging, and statutory records keeping. The default maximum retention cycle for active lead storage within this platform is up to 6 months after the initial enquiry date, unless explicitly longer timelines are mandated by legal frameworks or custom contract parameters with our business client. Following expiration, records are systematically overwritten or purged from active systems.

  1. Requests to Access, Correct, or Delete Information

Individuals whose data has been processed by our systems may request access, corrections, or structural erasure by contacting Gopal@keyinfotech.co.in with the subject line “Privacy Request”. To protect consumer integrity, requests must contain sufficient operational indicators to verify identity.

Because our Service routinely processes data as a technical intermediary on behalf of corporate clients, we may coordinate with or forward specific erasure and modification requests to the corporate client handling the core campaign. Platform deletion requests submitted directly to ad networks (such as Meta’s data deletion callbacks) will be handled automatically across our systems via our live API loops.

  1. Legal Basis and Applicable Rights

Processing is grounded upon standard global legal foundations, including the fulfillment of explicit consumer requests, consumer consent managed at the form level, compliance with statutory frameworks, and the legitimate operational interests of the business client in managing acquired pipeline data. Rights vary by geographic region but generally encompass options to access, rectify, restrict, or wipe records.

  1. Children

The Service is built for adult business-to-business and business-to-consumer commercial enquiries. It is not engineered to solicit or store data from minors. If you believe data relating to a child has been submitted to our databases without lawful supervision, please notify us immediately at Gopal@keyinfotech.co.in.

  1. International Processing

Data may be hosted, processed, or transferred through our secure infrastructure clusters managed globally by cloud service providers. We deploy appropriate baseline standard contractual safeguards to guarantee that cross-border information retains equivalent levels of data protection.

  1. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this statement as ad network API terms change, new networks are onboarded, or regulatory structures shift. The current iteration will remain publicly viewable at keyinfotech.co.in.

PART II — TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. Agreement and Service Provider

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) rule the legal relationship, systemic access, and operational usage of the Lead & Sales Processing Service (“Service”) engineered and operated by AMITKUMAR TRIPATHI trading as KEY INFOTECH (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Using the system or connecting campaign APIs constitutes binding acceptance of these rules.

  • Corporate Address: 21st Floor, 2103, Ahimsa Heights, Ahimsa Marg, Chincholi Bunder Road, Malad West, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, 400064
  • Contact Matrix: Gopal@keyinfotech.co.in

If a enterprise client utilizes this infrastructure under a standalone signed Master Services Agreement (MSA), that custom agreement shall take precedence over these Terms regarding conflicting rules.

  1. Description of the Service

The Service is a multi-channel technical intermediary data engine. It links lead generation channels (Meta Lead Ads, Google Ads, Affiliate Networks, Open Networks, Remarketing Platforms) to target client endpoints through webhooks and API sync loops. Key modules include data aggregation, instant form extraction, automated token maintenance, parameter cleaning, and visual administrative dashboards.

We act solely as an infrastructure service provider. We are not an advertising agent, publisher, or guarantor of final retail transactions, product prices, credit extensions, or inventory availability for the consumer fields processed (including auto, finance, real estate, D2C, and B2B sectors).

  1. Eligibility and Authority

Clients using our systems represent that they possess the proper corporate authority to bind their entity to these rules and maintain active, valid corporate status in their operating footprint.

  1. Authorized Use and Accounts

Dashboard logins and token generation pathways are restricted to authorized clients. You are responsible for shielding account keys, preventing access credential leakage, and immediately reporting any system breach or suspected unauthorized API call to Gopal@keyinfotech.co.in.

  1. Acceptable Use

System users and integrated API applications must not:

  • Process data in violation of consumer protection statutes, local privacy mandates, or ad network developer policies (e.g., Meta Developer Terms and Google API Policies).
  • Scrape, intercept, or leak information passing through parallel system nodes without direct admin credentials.
  • Deploy malicious files, run denial-of-service tests, exploit open variables, or attempt to bypass data partition controls.
  • Use system infrastructure to distribute spam, fraudulent advertising, or deceptive claims.
  • Reverse engineer our proprietary token management modules or pipeline code.

Violations will trigger immediate API account suspension and systemic access blocks.

  1. Personal Information and Privacy

Data ingestion and syncing rules are managed in line with our Privacy Policy available at keyinfotech.co.in. Integrators must ensure they maintain explicit consent frameworks and a legal basis before routing user data through our processing nodes.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Business clients deploying our infrastructure across their marketing campaigns assume full legal responsibility for:

  • The legal validity, licensing, and compliance of the forms, scripts, and networks generating the data.
  • Honoring downstream consumer opt-out requests, do-not-call registries, and systemic erasure workflows.
  • Ensuring that automated access tokens generated through their ad manager portals are kept valid and securely linked.
  • The data safety practices of their staff and any third-party CRM systems they link to our outputs.
  1. Third-Party Services and Platforms

The functionality of our software is linked to structural dependencies provided by external networks (Meta Graph API, Google Ads API, AWS, MongoDB Atlas, and client CRMs). We are not liable for performance interruptions, breaking API version changes, token cancellations, or access restrictions imposed by those external publishers. Meta, Google, and other brand assets are the property of their respective corporate owners.

  1. Availability, Changes, and Support

We strive to deliver robust system uptime, but we do not promise continuous, uninterrupted, or zero-error service availability. Network loops, maintenance windows, and ad network outages may cause temporary latency. We may adjust app features to maintain compliance with developer platform upgrades.

  • Technical Support Target: Gopal@keyinfotech.co.in
  • Operating Support Window: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (IST).
  1. Data Accuracy and Outcomes

Lead data is prone to user typing errors, delay, duplication, or corruption at the source network layer. While our validation engine flags formatting errors, we do not guarantee data accuracy. We provide no warranty that system usage will improve advertising performance, sales conversion rates, or client profitability.

  1. Intellectual Property

KEY INFOTECH owns all rights, title, and ownership interest in the Service’s code, token generation systems, formatting databases, documentation, interface graphics, and brand trademarks. Clients receive a restricted, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access the tools solely for their campaign management needs.

  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat non-public operational indicators, pricing charts, security tokens, and user lead payloads as highly confidential information, shielding it with the same degree of care they apply to their own critical assets.

  1. Suspension and Termination

We may immediately terminate access or revoke system API keys if a client breaches these terms, encounters severe security vulnerabilities, fails to pay outstanding invoices, or receives complaints from platform providers regarding compliance issues.

  1. Disclaimers

The platform is delivered “as is” and “as available”. To the highest extent allowed by local law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, performance stability, and fitness for specific marketing tasks.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMITKUMAR TRIPATHI (KEY INFOTECH) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our cumulative financial liability under these rules will never exceed the total service fees paid by the client to us in the 12 months directly preceding the event causing dispute.

  1. Indemnity

Clients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AMITKUMAR TRIPATHI (KEY INFOTECH) from any third-party legal claims, regulatory fines, or damages stemming from the client’s breach of ad network rules, lack of consumer consent, or unlawful manipulation of lead data.

  1. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms by publishing the revised wording at keyinfotech.co.in. Continued deployment of our API access tokens or system logins after an update constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

  1. General

If a provision is deemed invalid by a court, the remaining sections continue in full force. Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver. You may not assign these responsibilities without our consent.

APPENDIX A — TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE & ADMINISTRATIVE ADDENDUM

This appendix forms an integral part of the data protection framework and technical terms governing our active application developer endpoints.

A.1 Enterprise Administration & Account Management

For the purposes of administrative controls, developer account provisioning, and platform-level account integration (including the management of the Meta Developer App, Meta Business Manager settings, and live access token pipelines), the primary operational management email is designated as:

  • Administrative Management Contact: gopal@vmetrics.in
  • Role: Lead Infrastructure Administrator & Authorized Meta App Operator

All communication concerning systemic access tokens, system health warnings, platform developer updates, or security authentications routed through Meta or partner ad networks may be directed to this management address.

A.2 Analytics & Data Ingestion Centralization

All performance metrics, processing logs, integration data flows, and active analytical databases utilized by the Service are centralized within the exact same isolated cloud architecture described in this agreement. No external third-party tracking networks or distributed analytics endpoints are given access to the operational database clusters without explicit customer consent and strict sandbox parameters.

A.3 Developer Node Whitelisting & Server Architecture

To guarantee data transit security and comply with programmatic security standardizations, all outbound Graph API requests, webhook handshakes, and token verification cycles are initiated exclusively from our designated dedicated hosting platform. Meta systems and integrated firewalls may securely whitelist this infrastructure based on the following fixed configuration:

  • Infrastructure Hosting Platform: Amazon Web Services (AWS) / AWS Lightsail
  • Dedicated Production Node Public IPv4: 13.202.48.249
  • Data Origin/Jurisdiction: Mumbai (Asia Pacific) Node

Any architectural changes, IP address transitions, or alternative administrative email assignments will be updated inside this technical addendum to maintain continuous platform verification compliance.
